Fees are based on my performing inspections to the highest standards available and the quality of my easy to understand narrative style Final Report.  The report is based on the conditions of the specific structural characteristics and systems unique to your home.  No “checklist” or “generic” report available here!  Final Report normally contains over 200 pages of information detailing the homes existing conditions as well as future maintenance needs.

The average home inspection of a 2000 square foot structure requires 2 - 3 hours to complete a thorough structural, systems and Wood Destroying Organism inspection.

 Fees may vary depending on the type, size, age and location of the home.  Additional costs may be charged due to special category homes such as “fixers” or custom homes.
