The average home inspection of a 2000 square foot structure requires 2 - 3 hours to complete a thorough structural, systems and Wood Destroying Organism inspection.

 Fees may vary depending on the type, size, age and location of the home.  Additional costs may be charged due to special category homes such as “fixers”, Bank Owned or custom homes.
