Formula and Application Advice for General Fungicide

Mix:

¼ cup detergent (non-phosphate (no ammonia!) – very important, since phosphate will react with bleach to create Chlorine gas)

2 cups bleach

3 gallons water

Apply by spraying.

Let the spray application sit on fungus for 30 minutes before removing fungus.

Use respirator and rubber gloves when spraying and when removing fungus.

After fungus is removed: Spray TSP (can be obtained from painter’s hardware section) on the area to help prevent future growth of fungi.
