Our report is based on the requirements and guidelines of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Washington State Pest Control Association and Washington State Department of Agriculture Pest Control Division.

Our report is a comprehensive, accurate and unbiased computer generated detailed analysis of the buildings current conditions.  It describes the type of structural components, ancillary systems and their condition with many maintenance suggestions.  Our report will disclose visually observable major deficiencies and will include repair recommendations.  The Final Report is based on the conditions of the specific structural characteristics and systems unique to your home.  No "checklist" or "generic" report available here!

The average report consists of approximately 30 pages of customized narrative information, 100 pages of Homeowner, structure specific, maintenance information and photographs of many of the maintenance concerns.  Also included is a 80 page "How To Operate Your Home" Manual.  Reports will be mailed and e-mailed, within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.
